CLOTHING STYLE || Lyla wears a lot of simple clothing, she can't afford style and fancy stuff. Majority of her clothing is second hand. She sticks to jeans, shorts and dresses. Normally Lyla wears darker to earth bound colors rather than bright and out there ones.

APPEARANCE || Lyla is a curvy girl, she has a fit and feminine body to herself. She's not your skinny girl and works hard to keep her body in shape. Her skin is slightly tanned rather than having a pale nature, she has good bone structure but it's not as strong and defined as others. Her face is rather oval shaped and long with a long forehead yet she has small ears but a rather round nose. Her lips are plump and shape her face nicely.

PERSONALITY || Lyla is a very independent and strong woman, she is able to hold herself up but is very self-conscious. She is a fun, free and loving person who always tries her hardest but is not someone who will ask for help and normally refuses help even in her darkest hour. She can be very stubborn and doesn't like owing people anything which can be a strength but also a huge weakness of hers. She is a very modest and self-reliant girl who knows how to laugh and doesn't take everything seriously all the time knowing the importance of laying back and not letting things get to her in life. She is though someone who worries a lot especially about money and what she will do for housing when she leaves school.

HISTORY ||

Born as the middle child many would say she has the middle child syndrome. Lyla was a simple enough child she was always being dressed up by her mother even as a baby. By the time she could walk her father had her learning to swim, her mother had her learning to be a child pageant star something she was not big on but her mother took it very seriously, she was put into dance and as she hit primary school she was still doing her pageants missing some school. She started sport at school and was rather good at basketball.

She didn’t have a lot of friends because her mother always pressed the importance of beauty to her while her father was the opposite. Those friends she had were all so different to her and were not popular people at all. When she hit high school she also hit puberty and became very popular. In no time she was a cheerleader and fully focussed on sports, she still did her dancing and went to several competitions that her mother took more seriously than she did. She got a few boyfriends and despite the views on cheerleading she remained strong in her studies and always tried her best to do her best.

When she hit 14 she did get into a car crash and had her left kidney removed. It was not long after this her right kidney started to shut down and she had to go in for emergency surgery. She was lucky to have a walked out alive. Lyla has been very careful about what she eats and drinks as she still at times struggles with her right kidney which could shut down on her in the future and lead to another surgery.

Her brother was someone though who often frightened off any boyfriends she got being the tough stern and focussed guy he was. Lyla was not too pleased about this especially when her father would dig up information on her boyfriends. When her brother died she became very depressed and ended up seeking counselling which is when she came to the realisation that the life her parents had planned out for her was not a life she wanted and that's when the troubles all started at home between her and her parents.

After Lyla graduated high school she told her parents she was going to study dance and university. Furious her parents kicked her out and shut off her trust fund. With only a few things to live by Lyla spent two months living on the streets and managed to keep it well hidden from everyone. Her sister helped collected Lyla’s personal items and bring them to her and when their parents were not home Lyla was able to sneak in and grab her things slowly selling off her stuff to pay for some shelter and food. During this time she managed to get a job at a night club as a dancer, she lied about her age and was hired. When they found out her real age the threatened to fire her until they realised she was homeless and was bringing in more customers. Lyla was making more money in a night working there than she was making in a fortnight teaching dance which she took up as a day job just to pass her time and forget about her worries.

By the time school picked up Lyla was able to get a dorm at the university for a few weeks before going a frat party, something she got into because she was on the cheerleading squad. This gave her free accommodation and allowed her more money in her pocket. While over the past few years Lyla has been studying professional dance she has been working at the local dance studio teaching classes during the week and works every fortnight at the club she was at to help them out feeling she owes them, mind you she tends to go there more often than she is required, it’s her secret life really.

Lyla wants to study Marine biology but can’t afford it, the banks deny her a loan and she has not asked her parents for it because it’s not in the field they want her to work in and is not something they’d approve of so she hasn’t bothered with that, not to mention she doesn’t talk to her parents anymore after they kicked her out. Lyla has managed to get private health insurance though but she is worried she is going to end up on the streets again like she was before.
